 I believe that many constrution teams  meet this problem.Just after the construction of tartan track,it was drenched and even soaked by the sudden heavy rain.Apart from worrying, there was no remedy.



According to years of experience, there are two ways to deal with rubber track that are drenched by rainwater.

1. The rubber track cannot be completely cured after being exposed to rain. This kind of treatment is more troublesome. The incurable part must be completely shoveled off, and then thoroughly polished until the underground cement foundation is exposed, and then restart according to the process. Although it is a waste of materials and labor, this is the only more thorough solution without any sequelae.

2. The athletic running tartan track can be cured after being exposed to rain, but there are many small pits on the surface that are smashed by raindrops, and there may be bubbles in some places. To deal with this situation, first use a knife to cut off the bubbles and use PU material is divided into several times to fill up the bubbling, and then use an grinder machine to polish the small pits as far as possible, even if there is a slight unevenness after the grinding, it does not matter, and finally a thin layer of PU material is used to make up It can be flat.



Pay attention to rain prevention during construction

　　 There are certain conditions during the construction of the oval running track project. For example, the surface temperature during construction should be in the range of 15 to 45 centigrade, and the weather should be sunny, fog-free, and relatively humid. In order to ensure the quality of the entire rubber athletic track project, the construction personnel must follow these conditions during the construction process to prevent the project from failing to achieve the expected results. Here I would like to remind you that water cannot be added to the rubber track materials during the construction process.

During the construction of the athletic track, water and rain should be avoided as far as possible, because the athletic track is a kind of polyurethane rubber material. After laying the rubber surface , there will be blistering and shelling, because the density of the base course of the rubber track is not controlled reasonably. Therefore, it is necessary to strictly control the density of the rubber track, so as to prevent shelling and shelling because the asphalt foundation layer itself is not compacted, and the surface of the oval track is gasified, and even the foundation surface is broken in serious cases.

During the construction period, plastic film should be equipped to listen to the weather forecast at any time. In case of rain during the construction, stop work immediately to cover the plastic film on the the surface .
