What are rubber granules of synthetic rubber track?

Therubber granules of the rubber track are evolved from a kind of reclaimed rubber. Generally speaking,SBR granules are peeled off from old tires and then processed. In addition, there are colored granules. For example, colored rubber granules, EPDM rubber granules, etc., and different granules have different functions, some granules have a beauty effect, and some granules only play an auxiliary role.

Normally , SBR granules usually present irregular geometric shapes, and such a shape and structure can effectively improve the stability of the overall structure of the rubber track project. And if the selected granules have good elasticity and strong adhesiveness, then the use and cost of glue can be effectively saved. As for the use of colored SBR on EPDM, it is generally used to improve the elasticity and color effect of the rubber track, and effectively prevent the problems caused by light emission.
