Water bubble (After the puncture, water came out.)

Reason:

1. Excessive Moisture content in foundation;

2. No waterproofing.

Prevention method

1. The ground floor must do waterproofing.

2. Bake wet ground with a blowtorch

3. Moisture-proof system should be adopted


 

Color Bubble

Reason:

Ground oil pollution is too heavy

Prevention method:

1. It is suggested to remove the old ground and build cement again.

2. If the oil pollution is not very serious, the oil pollution should be removed first.


 

 

Air bubble

Reason:

1. Foundation closure is not good

2. Non-standard construction method

Temperature is inappropriate during construction

Prevention method:

1. The primer must be sealed.

2. The terrazzo must be sealed with primer or middle coat before top coat.

Constructor should not be too fast during top coat application (Epoxy) or middle coat application (polyurethane), and must be in place when the tool is returned

 

After application, turn white once meet water

Reason:

Incomplete solidification

Prevention method:

1. When mixing, proportioning should be accurate and the mechanically stirred evenly.

2. Ensure construction temperature is 10-30


 

 

Flake off

Reason:

The ground is powdered; the foundation treatment is not in place

Prevention method:

1. It must polish and removed the surface powdered layer. It suggested adding the permeable primer to reinforce.

2. When prepare the materials, Primer should be more quantity than normal ground.

Color difference

Reason:

1. The difference of construction time results in slight color difference of floor.

2. Different batch.

Prevention method:

1. Construct at the same time.

2. For different batches of materials, it is recommended to mix together to avoid chromatic aberration.

 

Mark-Trowel/roller brush/squeegee

Reason:

1. Material not used up in effective time.

2. Less usage per square meter

Prevention method:

1. Each mixture 10-15kg is the most appropriate, used up and then matched.

2. It should be crossed application by roller brush.

 

Part non-curing

Reason:

1. Non-standard proportioning

2. Unstirred barrel bottom

Prevention method:

1. When mixing, it should ingredients strictly according to the proportion.

2. Additives should be added according to factory requirements under special circumstances

 


Overall non-curing

Reason:

Mismatching of ingredients

Prevention method:

1. Batches must have professional technical experience

2. Materials must be distinguished and clearly marked.
